about me

my name is Lilian Swindell, but you can call me Lily. I am a Jesus lover, people hugger, thrifter, happy dancer, college student, small business owner, and wife!!! I also the creator of Lil Bit of My Closet and the Difference Maker shirts!

I have had a love for sustainable and affordable fashion ever since I was a toddler going to garage sales with my great-grandparents. I started Lil Bit of My Closet as a side hustle/college job in 2019 when I moved out on my own for college. now, over three years later, Lil Bit of My Closet is my full-time job and biggest passion! I get paid to shop at thrift stores and resell the items on Poshmark, eBay, Instagram, and at in-person pop-up events. the dream!

aside from reselling, I am a senior at The University of Central Oklahoma. I study Strategic Communications with a minor in Leadership. I am a marketing intern, am involved in several organizations on campus, attend a great church, and love to spend time with my family!

I am also newly married to the love of my life, Blake. together, we have a doggo named Otis, and we live in Oklahoma City! they are the best business partners ever!
